KA-BAR Utility Knife ' Dog's Head ' (Leather Sheath)

The 1317 Dog’s Head Utility Knife is a fixed blade knife that features a 7” blade made of 1095 Cro-Van steel.  Measuring 12” overall, the Dog’s Head Utility knife has a handle made of stacked leather washers and comes with a leather sheath.

The blade and sheath both feature the Dog’s Head logo, a tribute to KA-BAR’s heritage.  The Dog’s Head image was used by Union Cutlery throughout the early 20^th century.  Union Cutlery changed its name to KA-BAR Knives shortly after World War II.

The Dog's Head Utility Knife, a close relative of the USMC Fighting/Utility knife, presents an alternative to those who wish to have the legendary performance of KA-BAR's military knives in a non-military setting.
