FREE SHIPPING on Orders $49 or More 

*Not all items ship for free. Shipping will be deducted during checkout if an order reaches the amount of $49 or more with eligible items. Some items are just too costly to offer free shipping, so if an order has some heavier items in the cart, you will be charged for shipping on those items, but not on the eligible free shipping items.

If an order does not reach $49 total (before taxes), then a small shipping fee will be applied.

 


Shipping & Delivery 

Most orders ship within 24 hours and get delivered to you in 3 days or less. Of course, some orders may take longer because of impeccable human error (and carriers do tend to delay packages at times). We do give it our best. That's why 97% of our packages get delivered in 3 days or less. That's pretty impressive for a small family business like us.

We ship to all 50 United States, APO, FPO, DPO, U.S. Territories, and to select international addresses.

We want you to have an accurate expectation to receiving your goods. We ship the fastest, most secure, and least expensive way possible from our warehouse in Tennessee, USA. We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacture.

 

Please note: our warehouse does not ship UPS or FedEx on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. These are considered non-business days for UPS and FedEx. Additionally, if the billing address and shipping address on your order do not match, or if your billing information does not match the information on file with your credit card, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order while we verify the order with your card issuer.

We currently ship internationally by USPS International, UPS International, and FedEx International.

We currently do not ship Automatic Knives, Inert Military Ordinances, such as inert grenades, or any items restricted for export by U.S. Customs internationally.

When using the Sgttroys.com, we may ask for your e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, and credit card information (if you place an order).

Information that is obtained at our site is encrypted through a powerful industry-standard, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your information is always encrypted and safe. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit card information will not be shared with any company outside Sgt. Troy's Military Store or sgttroys.com and will only be used for the sole purposes of processing your order at the time you make a purchase.

 

We take care of our customers. We will not sell, rent, share or make available in any other way your e-mail address or contact information outside of Sgt. Troy's Military Store or sgttroys.com. We might use your email address to notify you of promotions, discounts, or product news from Sgt. Troy's Military Store and/or sgttroys.com. You may choose to opt out of these communications.

 


Making A Purchase- Age Restrictions and End-Use of Products Terms of Use

By purchasing from sgttroys.com, the purchaser acknowledges that some products we sell may have age restrictions, per their state laws or Federal Laws; and agrees that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older-- where applicable; when completing an online transaction at sgttroys.com. The purchaser further agrees to follow any instructions or warnings (if applicable) that a product may have for the original end-use of the product. The purchaser agrees to hold-harmless sgttroys.com for any misuse by the purchaser or manufacture defect after purchase.

 


Returns, Replacements, and Exchanges

30-Day return policy on most items.

 If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange items or offer a refund for the purchase amount less shipping fees. You may login to your SGT TROYS Account, call, or email us to receive a return authorization. We will issue you a return authorization and email you return instructions. Please do not return items without a valid Return Authorization (this is only for us to help keep up and identify who is getting a refund for what).

 Although, it's no hassle returns, in order to accept your return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, must not smell of smoke, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping package. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office and you will not be credited for the return. To avoid this, place your return item in a box to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must be able to resell the returned item as new. We cannot accept boots that have been worn outside for return or exchange. There must be no soiling, sand or scuff marks on the boots or they cannot be restocked.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable. Any item returned with no corresponding exchange will be charged up to a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund. 

 Once we have approved your return and received the product back, we'll exchange or give you a refund minus the shipping.

We can only refund the card you used at time of purchase in correspondence with your order. No other card will be refunded except the card or payment method you used at time of purchase of your order.

 

Excluded Items for Return/Refund

No return or exchange on books or clearance items. Books and clearance items are sold AS IS.

All sales are final on Air Guns (BB or Pellet) and/or Airsoft Guns; and are sold AS-IS. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Accessories such as, BBs, laser lights, scopes, laser dots, sights, or any other accessory for Air Guns and Airsoft Guns must be returned or exchanged in the original condition, with packaging, as purchased.

No Returns on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as, Body Armor Hard Plates, Soft Plates, Helmets, Gas Masks, Gas Mask Filters, and/or Chemical Suits. These items are sold AS-IS. The purchaser (buyer) of PPE from Sgt Troys and/or sgttroys.com, agrees that their End-Use of these products are within all U.S. Federal Regulations.

No Refunds/Returns on Automatic Knives; including OTF (Out-the-Front) and/or automatic, out-the-side knives (push button knives). These knives are sold AS-IS. By purchasing an Automatic knife from Sgt Troys or sgttroys.com, customer assumes full responsibility of purchased item and end-use of such item (per End-Use Agreement by U.S. Federal Regulations). Faulty Automatic knives may be returned to manufacture per manufacture warranty statement found in the box or at the manufactures website.


Sgt. Troy's Military Store reserves the right to cancel a return or exchange if there is any fraudulent activity within the return process.

 

If an item is returned because the customer no longer wants the item, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If an item was received damaged, missing parts, or not as described, we will gladly pay for return shipping.

You can choose any traceable method to ship your return or exchange to us. We will gladly process a return label at your request. Simply tell us at the time you call to set up your return authorization and we will email you a USPS or FedEx return shipping label. Just print the label off on your home computer, tape to the outside of your package, and drop it off with a USPS or FedEx driver or at a USPS or FedEx store. The cost of the label will be charged to the credit card on file for exchanges and deducted from your return refund.

 The item must be returned within 30 days via a traceable shipping service to be eligible for return. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit cannot be refunded.

 

Warranties 

Any warranty/warranties provided by the manufacture are solely governed by the manufacture, per the manufactures warranty Terms and Conditions. Sgt Troys and/or sgttroys.com does not provide warranty claims, services, and/or any replacement(s) regarding warrantied merchandise by the manufacture. Please find any Warranty information related to that manufactures product located inside the packaging, on the packaging, or on the manufactures website.

 

Used Items

To know if an item is used, look at the title or description of the product on our website or your invoice. If an item is used, we will label the item used in the description and/or title of the product on our website along with the specific condition of the item. Every item that is new will not say used in these areas of the item.

 


Ordering & Payment Methods

We accept and prefer VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal on our secure web server. We accept checks and money orders. Once the check or money order has cleared our bank, the order will be shipped. This can take up to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.

 


Gift Cards & Gift Certificates

Gift cards/Gift Certificates have no expiration date and are not returnable or refundable for cash. Sgt. Troy's Gift Cards are only good at Sgt. Troy's and sgttroys.com. By purchasing a Sgt. Troy's Gift Card or Gift Certificate, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Viewing Orders

To view your current or past order information, log into your account and click the "your order" button. Here you will see what orders have shipped, orders that are pending shipment, or orders you have placed in the past.

 

Updating Account Information

While we strive to make sure you receive accurate order information, it is important to keep your account information up-to-date for receiving notifications of shipment and order details. You may change payment options, ship to addresses, and billing addresses by logging into your account and clicking the "account information" button.

 


Store Pickup and Curbside Pickup

For store pickup, please call (931-829-3002) and place your order with us or email your order. When selecting Store Pickup during purchase, a customers order will be held for 7 days from date of purchase and customer agrees to pickup the item within the 7 day holding period. When choosing Curbside Pickup during checkout, a customers order will be held for a period of 7 days and customer agrees to pickup item within the 7 day holding period at our pickup location outside our store. We will gladly bring the item to you once phoning us at your time of arrival. If customer does not pickup their order within 7 days, they may receive a refund upon request and/or attempt to re-pickup their order by scheduling a pickup date.

We may request a photo ID upon pickup. Please have a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

 

We cannot guarantee an item will be available once an order is placed and/or a pickup date has been missed.

 In-store pickup is currently available to online and phone orders placed within the United States and U.S. Addresses only.
