Authentic Military Boonie Hat
This original boonie hat is made of durable 50% nylon 50% cotton ripstop fabric. The ventilation vents on each side of the hat give this hat great breathability. A webbing around the brim of the hat is great for fishing lures, shot shells, and anything else you could come up with to utilize. The 2-1/2: wide brim is wonderful at keeping the sun off your neck and ears. The hat is also made in USA.

Getting ready to order another....I've had this hat for a couple of years now and it still looks great. I have the OD green and the material its made out of is great, tough and want burn you up. Bought this hat for lawn/garden/wood cutting/etc. but find it works great when driving my VW Dune Buggy around with its chin strap. When not worried about it blowing off I just put strap up in hat and throw it on so strap doesnt get in way lol. Tough, fits right, looks good and made in AMERICA. Cant ask for much more than that.....

These are very nice hats that do a great job of keeping the sun off your head and neck while maintaining proper ventilation to keep your head from overheating. This is now my preferred summer work/hiking/kayaking hat.
