What if the item I purchased is backordered?

We try to avoid backorder problems as much as possible, however if your item is placed on backorder we will notify you as quickly as possible as well as provide you with an estimated in stock date.

 

How long will it take us to process your order?

Shipping time varies depending on item availability, however expect a 1-3 day period in which your order is picked, packed, processed, and shipped. After that period, your order will be shipped to you immediately. See our Shipping page here for more information on this.

 

General Shipping Disclaimer: Order processing is done on business days (Monday-Friday) and your order will not be processed on a non-business day (Saturday-Sunday). If you select an express shipping option (1-Day Express), this does not mean that you will receive the item the next day, but rather that once your order has been picked, packed, processed, and shipped that you will receive it the day after it is picked up by the carrier.
