Shipping & Delivery


 We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO and to select international addresses.



We want you to have an accurate expectation to recieving your goods. We ship the fastest, most secure, and least expensive way possible from our warehouse in Tennessee, USA. We ship FedEx and USPS (United States Postal Service). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of recieving your order, however, some orders may take 1-5 business days due to picking, packing, and shipping the item. Some orders may ship directly from the manufacture.




Please note: our warehouse does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays for FedEx. These are considered non-business days for FedEx. Additionally, if the billing address and shipping address on your order do not match, or if your billing information does not match the information on file with your credit card, there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order while we verify the order with your card issuer.


We currently ship internationally by USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International to the following countries;


Current international countries we ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the following territories and islands: American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and the US Virgin Islands.

When using the, we may ask for your e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, and credit card information (if you place an order).

Information that is obtained at our site is encrypted through a powerful industry-standard, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure that your information is always encrypted and safe. We do not and will not further access any credit card information you provide. Your credit card information will not be shared with any company outside Sgt. Troy's Military Store or and will only be used for the sole purposes of processing your order at the time you make a purchase.

We take care of our customers. We will not sell, rent, share or make available in any other way your e-mail address or contact information outside of Sgt. Troy's Military Store or We might use your email address to notify you of promotions, discounts, or product news from Sgt. Troy's Military Store and/or You may choose to opt out of these communications.



Returns & Replacements


30-Day return policy on all items, excluding books and clearance items.


 If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange items or offer a refund for the purchase amount less shipping fees. You must call or email us to receive a return authorization number. We will issue you a return authorization number and email you return instructions. Please do not return items without a valid Return Authorization.

In order to accept your return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, must not smell of smoke, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. If your return item includes a shoe box, please do not use that box as the shipping package. Returned items in marked or damaged shoe boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse and you will not be credited for the return. To avoid this, place your return item in a box to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience but we must be able to resell the returned item as new. We cannot accept boots that have been worn outside for return or exchange. There must be no soiling, sand or scuff marks on the boots or they cannot be restocked.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable. Any item returned with no corresponding exchange will be charged up to a 10% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.


 Once we have approved your return and recieved the product back, we'll exchange or give you a refund minus the shipping.

No return or exchange on books or clearance items. Books and clearance items are sold AS IS.

Sgt. Troy's Military Store reserves the right to cancel a return or exchange if there is any fraudulent activity within the return process.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, if the item is returned because the customer does not want the item. You can choose any traceable method to ship your return or exchange to us. We will gladly process a return label at your request. Simply tell us at the time you call to set up your return authorization and we will email you a USPS or FedEx return shipping label. Just print the label off on your home computer, tape to the outside of your package, and drop it off with a USPS or FedEx driver or at a USPS or FedEx store. The cost of the label will be charged to the credit card on file for exchanges and deducted from your return refund.


 The item must be returned within 30 days via a traceable shipping service to be eligible for return. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit cannot be refunded.

 Return shipping will be refunded to the customer if the item is received by the customer damaged or defective.





Used Items


To know if an item is used, look at the title or description of the product on our website or your invoice. If an item is used, we will label the item used in the description and/or title of the product on our website along with the specific condition of the item. Every item that is new will not say used in these areas of the item.






We accept and prefer VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express on our secure web server. We also accept PayPal. We accept checks and money orders. Simply print out your order after you have determined the correct shipping fees and mail your order to us: Sgt. Troy's Military Store, 2457 Hwy 43 North, Suite 103, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464. Once the check or money order has cleared our bank, the order will be shipped. This can take up to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.

Viewing Orders


To view your current or past order information, log into your account and click the "your order" button. Here you will see what orders have shipped, orders that are pending shipment, or orders you have placed in the past.




Updating Account Information


While we strive to make sure you recieve accurate order information, it is important to keep your account information up-to-date for receiving notifications of shipment and order details. You may change payment options, ship to addresses, and billing addreses by logging into your account and clicking the "account information" button.




In-Store Pickup

In-store pick up is currently available to online and phone orders placed within the United States and U.S. Addresses only.
